“Extremely Disappointing experience”

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for four days due to an urgent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was appalling. Uncleanliness: Despite my complaints, the bedsheets were not washed or replaced properly. I was shocked to find that the staff reused a sheet from another room. - Unresponsive Staff: The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me or addressing my concerns. Filthy Corridors: The corridors were littered with garbage and empty bottles, which remained uncleared despite multiple complaints to the reception. - Unhygienic Restaurant: The restaurant was filthy, and to my surprise, the cleaning staff doubled as the chef. This is a serious health concern. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and unhygienic conditions make it an unacceptable place to stay.

no ventilation in our rooms bathroom. cloth hanger and shower are too close. can't put the clothes there when showering. Bed is too springy.

Had brilliant stay here whilst watching cricket at the international stadium. Great location, minutes walk from bus station, local market, shops and gandhi museum. Lovely helpful staff, organise laundry, transport etc. R36 bus goes directly to the cricket stadium from the bus station which was so useful and fun to use. Food and service at the cafe downstairs again was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
