“Cannot explain the experience HORRIBLE”

“Hotel Nova Star was very good.”
Staff was very unprofessional at Nova Havana. No manner how to talk with Guest. Also Room was empty and i know Ch-In time is 11:00 am it's not an issue but I'm also in from Tourism field and I know that if Rooms are empty then Hotel can give accommodation but he make wait for 45 minutes. not giving proper answer. And I personally request him for any contact number of higher Authorities but he say's that he is the only person there who handling this. Then I personally contact the manager and he help me for change my Hotel and I'm Staying at Hotel Nova Star and the staff and services of Hotel Nova Star was so good.

“Good enough for work related travel. Not ideal for a family trip.”
The stay was good. It was as expected for what was the price of the rooms. Staff was polite. The place is decent. The place is not far from local bus station which is a good point. It was a comfortable stay.
