Booking.com I may not prefer now as your recommendation for hotel did not match at all, money was too big a d official travel at a senior level for me. I may actually say you should compensate on poor recommendation for sustainable of patronage from officials representing institutions at my level. Hope this us taken seriously. Recent trip to kolkatta I could get through another agency a hotel like heath for marginally higher rate , then why booking .com recommending hotels with such poor facility and unprofessional staff for shopping sums of 10000 per night ? This has an impact on you as a dependable agency. I have availed through you many times, but not sure now.

The hotel was quiet and good value for money. The restaurant and breakfast experience were very good. Special thanks to Khusbu for her outstanding service — she was extremely kind, attentive, and especially caring with my kids, which made our stay more comfortable.

I booked Bizz Hotel last minute through Booking.com, and it turned out to be a great place to stay. The location is perfect — close to all the high-street brands, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant and café serve good food and have a pleasant atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it for both short and long stays. It could do with a gym which would be nice .
