Super clean, well organized, overall everything in the room was perfect. Everything was finished in a nice way, it felt like new, really clean and enough space for everything. Good parking and easy access, we really enjoyed the hours we spent in the room. A lot of different nice locations around this place, so a perfect base to make excursions from (Romantic Path, Wurtzburg, Stuttgart, Dachau, Munich.

“i will definitely coming back”
Clean, well-kept room. The ringing of the church bells next to the house did not disturb.The kitchen had everything you need - electric stove, filter coffee machine, teapot, tableware, etc. The shower room was very clean, there were towels and a hairdryer.Bed linen was available. if possible, an extra pillow or blanket was given.

“Comfortable relaxing stay”
The equipped kitchen, the nice garden, very modern and comfortable. Several different games in the common area. Animals and veggies in the garden. Barbecue facilities. Kind host. Soundproof rooms: you could not hear at all the church's bells and other noises

Always a joy to stay here. Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious, stylish, comfortable, immaculate, great in room facilities perfect for preparing a light dinner or breakfast. Extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. Excellent parking. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful grounds and outdoor spaces. Location is superb for exploring this beautiful and historic part of Germany. The complex is of architectural interest.....and the cherry on the cake? Everything has been designed with a thought for elderly , limited mobility and disabled. Highly recommended.

“Quiet, clean, comfortable and characteristic”
Very comfortable and clean accomodation with a unique character. The appartment had everything we needed for 2 adults and a baby. The village is beautifull and very quiet. Would absolutely reccomend to stay here.

“I had a great stay. if I am in the area again this is my first choice.”
exactly like the photos! had everything I needed, and was very beautiful. I don’t eat a big breakfast, so I brought some yogurt and snacks and could keep everything in the fridge. very convenient. extremely flexible and friendly owner, I arrived later than expected and she was great. thank you!!! super easy check in and out.

Everything brand new. Very comfortable, all you need. Loved the terrasses in the garden. You can enjoy the sun in the morning and in the evening. Perfect shower, kitchen, room furniture... All you need. Kind host.
