The staff were great, but the facilities you get what you pay for. The private rooms are a bit old.

Location was “far” (15min walk) from centre but this was actually good because you are far from the noise and all people.

The welcome is really warm and the hosts are super friendly and informal you immediately feel the chill vibes all around. There are lots of young people, a game corner, and a bar, which makes the atmosphere really fun and social. It’s the perfect place for a group of 20-year-old friends. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was great, good distance from Railay beach as well as all the shops and restaurants. The staff were superb, always there to help.

Bed sheet were dirty of sand and lockers under the bed are pointless cause mostly are broken and if not anyone can anyway have access inside by lifting the mattress and putting the arm into it.. The rest is a regular hostel nothing to complain

The hostel rep named sophie was extremely rude and arrogant. I had requested for a lower bed due to my leg injury but that request was not taken into consideration. I had another hotel staff help me with my luggage though. However the basic details like the wifi password was not shared, the bed had bugs and as the reception was down I somehow managed to sleep through the night . I was also not informed of any late charge that will be applied if check out is post 11:00 for which they took additional 100 bhat. Unfair

The bed was comfortable enough for sleeping. The music outside can be heard but i didnt lose sleep over it. Ensuite toilets were clean enough - no shampoo but i have my own.

Smells shit and piss No drinking water, but wifi (wouhou yeah maybe i could survive by drinking some wifi !) No curtains or shelves in the beds And full of messy people that leave their stuff all around on the floor (this is for you British girls, you're all the same, crazy) or drunk people that talk loudly at 4am in the room, lighting the big lights, slamming the doors But i guess, if your messy and drunk, you will find it pretty cool !

Great location and if you can get up the ample number of stairs the best view I have seen in a property so far. Very chilled vibes during the day which I really loved. Amazing hostel activities to get included in. We took part in the bingo and it was such good fun. Room was spacious too
