“Lovely hotel and staff”

Room was very nice, pool especially the beachfront one is as lovely. Breakfast was very nice and generous and the staff throughout the whole hotel were all so lovely in particular the ladies in breakfast and the lovely men driving the golf buggies. Location is great with a gorgeous view.

“Beautiful resort”

Beautiful hotel which spans feom West to East Railay. It has 3 pools, a gym and a restaurant We found the staff most helpful too. If you want you can travel from one end to the other on a little buggy - when you have luggage for example The rooms are spacious and the bed was very confortable. The grounds are green and lush. We hope to come again

The location is perfect, near to all restaurants and bars from this region which actually it's more beautiful and authentic than Ao Nang (where we had our second staying). All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast taken in front of the beach in the most beautiful view from Railay (like a postcard), was plain full and tasty with daily available exotic fruits. We used their airport transfer which I clearly recommend it if you have big luggages (you will not wet your legs at all). We had Tropical Villa Plus (Sunrise Wing) which I totally recommend it.

The room was great, two big beds, and they shuttled us around to get to the pool, breakfast and port.

Absolutely fabulous garden bungalow with a little terrace, lovely pools and right on the beach. Great location and everything you want it to be. The beach at Railay isn't the best but Phra Nang beach is walkable in about 20 minutes and is absolutely beautiful.

“A relaxing resort with easy access to the beach & restaurants”

We received a warm welcome & the staff were very helpful when we arrived early. We had connecting rooms for our family of 4, the size was great and the air con was much needed. We enjoyed the pools and seeing the animals - monkeys & lizzards around the site.

Lovely staff. Managed to check in a little earlier thanks to staff member offering. Lovely outlook into the beautiful gardens in front of us. Big rooms, lovely breakfast and a great location.

“Poor standard, dirty, unhygienic, spend money updating it and stop letting day trippers use the facilities and pool!!”

The property rates itself 4 stars! Its dated, dirty, breakfast was poor standard, chaotic and dirty. The resort pool becomes busy with day trippers just wandering into the resort to plot by the pool. We booked 6 nights and left after 2! Moved further along the coast to a beautiful chilled out clean resort. Railay has had its day sadly!
