“Cheap and cheerful”

The staff were lovely and even surprised me on my birthday with a birthday cake at my door

“Nice tropical resort in a good location.”

We really liked the location of the resort, the tropical bungalow style. The resort is a little on a hill, with beautiful views. There is a pool and a restaurant with delicious food (we especially liked the tom yam soup and fried egg noodles with chicken). Breakfast - a varied, good offer.

The apartments were dirty and in very poor condition, far from what was advertised in the photos. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. We were traveling with children and politely asked if the children’s room could be moved closer to the parents’ room because they were scared to sleep alone. The receptionist completely ignored our concerns and coldly suggested that we “take a refund and find another hotel” late at night, fully aware that finding accommodation for a family at that hour would be impossible. The staff showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and no respect toward guests. It was rude, stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are away from the main drag so away from the noise of the boats and restaurants

Nice pool, beach view and rustic environment

Nice place for good money comparing to other hotels nearby. Very good breakfast, very clean room. They even have their own turtles in the garden.

The guy in the desk was probably the most ignorant human I’ve came across he was very rude and very unfriendly it was not such a nice experience

Great location just back from the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Easy walk to the beaches (South and West are particularly spectacular!)

Great stay and not too far from the main bar’s & restaurants. Nice pool but could do with more subbed (about 6 in total). Nice staff and breakfast ok.

“Good Accomodations and Location”

The bungalo has a lovely view from the window. There was shampoo and tooth brushes and bottles of water in the room. There was wifi. There was, of course, free breakfast with many tasty options. I would suggest visitors take the time to explore the pool and gardens. There are some good views. The staff discovered I had left a towel and helped me get it back.

Lovely location, very relaxed and calm atmosphere. Pool was clean and it was a lovely place to relax. My room was in C block, and was good value, simple and pleasant. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and they make lunch too, well priced and delicious Thai food. Railay is slightly more expensive to stay at so I felt it was very good value and I had a very happy week. As a solo traveller, I felt safe too. Plus they have some huge turtles, chickens and various other pets which are quite fun.
