“Great budget stay.”

Great budget option for short stay. Great scenery from the room and from the hotel "lobby". Stairs was great way to get my partner to do some excersice couple times a day. ~160 steps to our room from the beach. Water and fridge in rooms and filtered water available to fill up bottles in the lobby. A lot of mosquitos and midgies outside. None in room if door closed. I was worried of previous reviews and bought a mosquito net, never used it. Bring mosquito repellent to be able to sit outside.

The location was quite high up on the edge of a jungle type wood. Wild monkeys around the complex. Nice and quiet. After the climb of the huge staircase (I was aware before booking) I nice fella took the heavy case from the luggage cable car and carroed ot to my cabin, for which I tipped him. Aircon was good.

Amazing views. The views made everything (including the steps) worth it. The balcony was worth 5 stars alone. It was so peaceful. The view from the actual bed was so amazing I didn’t even sleep with curtains closed

“Scammers”

This hotel ripped me off. So difficult to find and no check in desk for late night check in. Had to stay with a friend in the end and no offer of a refund. Don't do it!

“The steps are worth it”

The view in the morning is incredible. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are lovely, unique and natural-feeling, in one of the most beautiful spots in Thailand.

“Gorgeous views ane comfy stay”

Gorgeous views of Railay. Good sized room, with comfy bed and air con. Bathroom was also big, water pressure wasn’t that strong but still managed to wash our hair with no issues. It’s close to the pier where boats come in and leave. Staff are really helpful with luggage and checking in.

At the top of a long flight of steps (140!) the room was quiet, private and spacious

The view was amazing, they had a little cart that took your bags up the many stairs for you so you dont have to carry them. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Clean room, comfortable bed. My room had an extra "vestibule" with a couch.

Approach to the property is really steep and has many stairs. It's not easy for the aged or those with disabilities. The property insists on taking the full amount as cash even though the money has been taken through card at the time of booking. The property manager insists that the card won't be charged ultimately.
