They are highly unprofessional bunch of people disite booking.com confirmation of booking they refused to give room at last moment i drove all the way from Mansehra and wanted to rest with family despite my confirmation they didnt gave me the room and i have already stayed there 5 times previously.

The breakfast time was 7:30, I was there at 9 and it was still not ready. Eventually we left without breakfast. Also the stairs was dirty. The room was fine.

Stayed for one night in Ramadan, the room was clean and the service was superb. The only issue was the smell in the bathroom. Other than that, with complementary sehri and iftar, it was great value for money.

Please must improve the quality and quantity the items in breakfast. If it is continental then for one breakfast should be 2 fried eggs and 4 bread pcs and tea quantity should be reasonable. Rest is fine in all. Thanks.
