“My experience was outstanding, thanks to Salvatore’s exceptional hospitality.”
Our flight was significantly delayed, so I informed Salvatore that I wouldn’t be arriving until around 3 a.m. I assured him that I’d completely understand if he couldn’t be there at such an early hour. To my surprise, he replied that he would wait for me. Despite our late arrival, Salvatore was there to greet us and took the time to show us around the property. He had even prepared some food and drinks to ensure we felt comfortable until we could purchase our own supplies. His hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Due to our late arrival, my car rental was unfortunately canceled. Salvatore went above and beyond by personally taking me to the airport to secure another rental. His kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
