“Good price and quality rate. Perfect location.”
Location is really good, few minutes walk to the sandy beach. Parking is ok (garage), but you don’t have assigned place - you should find the place each time when arrive. We had an apartment with mountain view, but sea view is much better :) Air conditioning, wi-fi worked very well.

We had a wonderful stay in this very cute and cozy apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing space. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, always available to help if needed. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Rafailovici Beach, one of the best beaches in the Becici area. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return in the future.

Aura Tower apartments by in Property provided excellent accommodation with its central location and modern architecture in Budva. All my questions were always answered quickly through Booking.com. We started the day with a sea view every day in our sea view room. They helped with car parking space. Kitchen equipment and the most important need, a washing machine, provided us with convenience in our room. Enjoying the cinema at night was wonderful with unlimited internet and a large LED TV. Ms. Jelena provided solutions to all our questions and needs 24/7. The perfect welcome upon our arrival and the farewell with good wishes upon our departure were very nice gestures. I thank him very much. When I come again, my first choice will always be Aura Tower aparments by in Property and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Conveniently located in a quiet village Rafailovici, short walking distance from local beaches and 30-40 min walk to Budva. Property management is superb, our host Jelena was very responsive and accommodating to our needs which made our stay very enjoyable. The flat was regularly cleaned to a high standard.

“Great stay in Montenegro, will hopefully come back again.”
The staff working at the InProperty apartment is what made our experience remarkable. Jelena was taking care that we have all we need and was ready to give us any advices we would need on local restaurants or trips - the boat trip recommendation was great. She was checking on us and making sure we are all fine :) Apartment we had was a good size for two people and has all one might need during holiday stay. AC was very efficient. There is washing machine in the apartment which comes very handy. There is parking garage in the apartment that is super convenient - no need to leave car outside in 38C heat on the street. Location of the apartment was great, 4 min walk to very good restaurant and about 15 minutes walk to the beach that was not so crowded even in August. Closest beach is 5 min away.

New, clean, spacious place, equipped just enough, situated nearby the beach, with pleasant stuff. Accommodative with an early arrival, as it was double - thank you very much. The apartment does not have a sea view, however considering the landscape and construction practice in the neighborhood, the view towards the hills may be considered exclusive with mild soon rays and birds chirping in the morning ( if you do not mind the main road noise).

It was an incredibly nice apartment. Everything is new and clean, we were warmly welcomed, the hostess explained everything and helped if necessary. I would also like to note the incredibly fast Wi-Fi :)

All I can tell that everything was great. Building is on excellent location, 2-3 min walking distance from sea, apartments and building are new. Apartment was spotesly clean. It’s great value for the price we pay.

“Great place by the sea”
Super central apartments in Rafailovici, a few steps from the sea. Best location, close to everything, beach, promenade, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with all amenities i needed to feel at home.Especially appreciated comfortable beds, and the quiet atmosphere. Communication and check in very smooth and easy, Igor and staff were always there for any advice. Highly recommend!

This is brand new building. Beautiful building just 2 minutes from the beach. Apartments is fresh and new with all accessories and necessities. Bed very confortable and chairs and table super stylish. Building has parking garages and it is super secured with locks and passcodes to enter. Hosts are very helpful and polite. On the end, this modern building is a great option for short or long stays !
