The owners were very kind. They were waiting for us and welcomed us with some local sweets and beverages. The house was clean and cozy with large communal spaces and a garden with bbq alongside with a nice creek. However the overall equipment was excellent a microwave owen sometimes could be handy. Nice and orderly neighborhood with firendly locals. If it happens to visit the area once again I would happily choose this accommodation.

“One of the best places we've ever stayed”
Tomas and Jana were very welcoming and friendly. They greeted us with local schnapps and home made pastry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great. Location is great to get to many sites and quick drive to the airport but also very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a lovely home in a peaceful area 10 minutes drive from Bled. The hosts were so friendly and met us on arrival with welcome drinks and food. The house has lots of useful facilities and is great for a group of friends as there is a large garden with tables, chairs and a bbq.

“Amazing place!! Absolutely loved it! Great hospitality!”
The guest house is siting next to a creek in a quiet area, but still close to all the beautiful places you would want to visit. The backyard, the barbecue facility just pertfect. Loved it! The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. We will be back! A family of 5 plus doggy.

the area, the house and the hosts are exceptional. we simply loved the decor and the area of the house plus the hosts were super nice, and had a very big bbq, where we cooked a very nice dinner. house is equipped with all the needs one might have. ahh and they also gave us a homemade welcome drink to welcome us at their place.

“We had a wonderful week in Villa Jana!”
I highly recommend this accommodation! Everything was perfect and the host and hostess were incredibly friendly. We got a snack and a drink on arrival, but also tips for activities, restaurants… Villa Jana is a very cozy house and has everything you need on holiday. The barbecue that is present is a big plus!

“Amazing place to stay in Bled area”
We travelled in a group of 7 from Slovakia to Slovenia, Jana & Tomáž were kind enough and waited for us even after the official check-in time, showed us the place, prepared welcome snack in form of local specialities. Place was exactly like in pictures, with bbq and everything. Vila Jana was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equiped with stove, fridge,…Location is also great. Vila is really close from highway (but far enough to not be disturbed by any noise). There are great restaurants in the area that Tomáž recommended to us. We got didecated parking spots in from of vila which was really handy. This place is not far from Bled and Lake Bohijnsk. We also recieved gift in form of great wine and our guests were really kind and made sure we got everything. Thanks again Jana&Tomáž you were great and we will definetly book another stay once in the area.

The location of the house is just a 10 minute drive away from lake Bled. The whole house is designed in a traditional Slovenian alpine cottage style, and above all the hosts greeted us upon arrival with a glass of homemade schnapps that made our welcome even more "warming". 10/10 overall!

“Highly recommend this warm and comfortable old-style Slovenian house with incredibly kind hosts!”
Beautiful old-Slovenian style cottage with incredibly welcoming and warm hosts and amazing back yard perfect for bbq. The hosts provided and helped us with firing up the grill and were all around very accommodating.
