Our group of three families, with kids aged 9 to 21, had an unforgettable summer holiday at Villa Marion. This stunning villa, originally an 1890 farmhouse, has been beautifully renovated, blending modern design with its original charm. The furnishings are top-notch, far better than typical villa rentals, and the villa is equipped with everything you need, including a BBQ grill and a perfect pool area where the teens loved hanging out. The spacious, comfortable rooms have excellent air conditioning, and the thick stone walls kept us cool even during a heatwave. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts, Ante and his wife. They arranged for fresh farm produce and were always available for recommendations or any assistance we needed. Their attentiveness and warmth made our stay even more special. Tip: You must try the local eggs, tomatoes and potatoes (Mona Lisa type) - they are so fresh and delicious! Villa Marion was the best find we’ve had on Bookings.com, and we can’t recommend it enough. It’s a perfect 10, and we’re sure it’ll be booked out next summer!

We spent a delightful week at Villa Marion, celebrating two birthdays in the peaceful Istrian countryside, with the wonderful host Ante and his family organizing barbecues and wine tasting, making it a memorable experience for all three generations of our group.
