“Not as good as it once was.”
We’ve been coming to this hotel for years. We’ve stayed in plenty of rooms and have always enjoyed the balcony view from all of them. The rooms give you a good sense of seclusion.

“It's Radium, B.C. which is spectacular in itself, so the suite doesn't have to be.”
The Office Staff (RC(?)) was cheerful and welcoming. There was a balcony on two sides of the suite which provided an incredible view both at night and during the day. The room was actually warm and comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. The suite wasn't 4 or 5 Star, but I didn't go to BC to sit in the room.

The staff were fabulous the room itself smelt unclean although it looked relatively clean and the room had a funny layout so we had a light shining in through the top part of the window all night long, sleep was far and few between.
