The owners, Rob & Val, & staff, made us feel like we were part of the team! They were especially helpful in advising us about everything local. They take areal pride in their workmanship and the service they provide.

“Cute, clean and welcoming”

Such a friendly place, always available to give out ice or creamers for coffee. Cute kitchenette and beds were clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome.

I liked everything about the motel. Very hospitable couple running it with an exceptional eye for detail. The kitchen area was well equipped and well organised. Everything had its place so looked very clean and in order. They had a complimentary basket with tea, coffee, some sweets and even microwave popcorn. The toiletries were stocked as well with shampoo, soap, shower gel, lotion and other bits. The little extras went a long way!!

Couldn’t beat the attentive staff!! Sandy was lovely and kind. The unit was spotless and so well appointed with everything needed to make breakfast plus a delightful treat basket. Our grandson enjoyed the backyard games and freeze fridge!! Will definitely recommend the Lido.

We had a great stay at the Lido Motel in Radium. The place is very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The rooms have a nice modern feel while still being cozy.

Location was very easy to find and we were so warmly welcomed by the staff. They had a lot of little extras, like a freezie for our toddler on a hot day and free ice. We just loved everything about this cozy little place. Our two children and family really enjoyed the outdoor area and extra bedroom in the suite too.

What a great place to stay…from the responsiveness of Val to the amenities available. We had a great stay. We were offered a later checkout if we wanted to visit the hot springs and then come back. So close to town as well.

Easy access of the highway. Lido motel is a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Shower pressure was great and the host is helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. He was always available for questions and gave great tips. I would love to stay here again if I ever return to the area. The room was stocked with chocolates, tea, coffee and appliances.
