“A Good Hotel for a 2 Night Stay in Dresden - But we had to upgrade at a €70 cost to get an acceptable room!”

The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious - but to get this we had to upgrade to a room in the main building (see below). There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the parking was convenient and easy to access

Transit location close to motorway, good sized and equipped rooms.

When we opened the door the room smelted like a sewer I had to turn on all the taps to get fresh water into the drains open the windows we got in at about 11.00pm. The my daughter went to the bathroom and the front of the hand basin cabinet fell off a landed her foot and bruised it to a dark blue then in the morning the girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care and when I went to check out could not remember me telling her the cabinet fell on my daughter and needs to be fixed the hole room needs to be renovated carpet badly stained if you’re desperate it might be worth 30 euros I think there trying to squeeze the last few drops of milk out of the cow

The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom was new and modern.

Really great swimming pool and gym. Nice and calm area, great breakfast.

It was a one night stay. I liked the fact that I had two seperate rooms connected with a small lobby. Airco was quiet. And the outside of the hotel is lovely.

Charming hotel with individual buildings in a park setting, very quite, very green.

The only nice part was the spa. But let me ruin it a bit for you and say, it has a 10€ per person (BUT) if you leave the spa to get lunch or X reason even if it’s for 10 mins you’ll have to pay the fee again. If you want to avoid that, they said is better to book with the Raddison, ofc.

The check - in went really smoothly, also the request for a bigger, sturdier pillow was met almost immediately. The kitchenette was very nice, so was the fridge. The bathroom contained a bathtub which I found particularly relaxing since I travelled quite a distance and there is nothing better to relax than in a bathtub. I did not use the breakfast facilities nor the bar, so I cannot comment on those.
