Overview
The Relais Santa Cristina is a renovated country house in the heart of the Chianti wine country, outside Siena. It offers panoramic views, an outdoor pool and free parking. Rooms at the Santa Crisitina feature en suite facilities and minibar. Most have air conditioning. Views of the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and typical Tuscan hills can be seen from the hotel's panoramic terrace, swimming pool and from some of the rooms. A traditional buffet breakfast is served outdoors on the terrace. The restaurant 350 metres away serves typical Tuscan food and local specialities in a rustic setting.

The property is a little tired in places, but the rooms were very clean with newly fitted bathrooms and good linen. The owners did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay, making good suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

Francesco and his mum are incredible, so passionate and helpful.They are wonderful people.The place is situated 5 minutes in a car from Radda or a 15 minutes walk.The pool looks nice though we didn’t use it.The apartments are surrounded by Vinyard.Breakfast is good.rooms are comfortable.The internet is not great to be honest but who cares when you are in such a place.Bettina the dog is great too 😘

“The property is not maintained”
It was extremely dirty, not cleaned from a very long time ago. A room without windows! It shouldn’t be offered at all, not to speak on a standard price. Not worth it at all. There are plenty of other places with the same or better view and CLEAN.

We stayed at Santa Cristina with our one year old daughter and friends. We had fantastic time. The place is stunning in the middle of the vineyards. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He accommodated all our needs and made extra effort to make us happy. The accommodation has got big swimming pool and it's 5 min driving from the nearest village. We will definitely come back for longer stay!

“AWESOME”
We loved everything! Francesco and his team were exceptional - always there and going out of their way to make things possible. We loved our apartment, which was perfect for a family stay, and the pool area. The premises are a beautiful insight into a typical Tuscan agriturismo, and perfectly located for trips to other worthwhile towns - we spent the day at the pool and set out sightseeing after the heat, which was a rewarding combination for the adults and the kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay at Relais Santa Cristina was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights, and I wish we stayed for longer! The town of Radda in Chianti is beautiful, the property is too and it is surrounded by vineyards and unbelievable views. The accommodation was.. yes, rustic/ a little dated but that is what you want when you’re in the Tuscan countryside! It was all a part of the experience! Breakfast was delicious and included everything you could need, eggs, prosciutto, cheese, yogurts, fresh pastries, fruits, juices etc. The pool was huge and had an amazing view. If you want 5 star commercialized luxury then maybe go somewhere else, but if you want a memorable, authentic & BEAUTIFUL Italian countryside stay with the kindest host, then stay here!!!
