“A good stay to celebrate my wife’s special birthday.”

The breakfast was good although, there were options that had to be paid if required. These options should have been included in the original price. The staff were generally very good particularly the F&B Manager, the Head Waiter and the pool bar assistant. However, we felt that the staff were a bit under pressure and the facility was a little understaffed. Toiletries in the room were not always replenished without asking. But generally the staff are all enthusiastic, very polite and well organized, just a little more attention to some details, required.

My wife and I stayed with Borgo Vescine for 6 nights and it was, frankly, spectacular. The staff are more then welcoming, the food is fantastic at both restaurants, some of the best food we had whilst in Toscana, not to mention the wine which was brilliant. We felt that Borgo Vescine was perfectly situated, somewhere very tranquil and accessible easily by car. The rooms are very clean, with everything you need including toiletries, good quality dressing gowns and refreshments, and we had the best night's sleep thanks to the comfy beds and the traditional shutters on the windows. The views from Borgo Vescine are breath taking, our walks down through the vineyards were everything we needed. We arrived mid to late April and the weather was comfortably warm - just about warm enough to get in the pool! We highly recommend Borgo Vescine, we felt like part of the family here and the memories made will stay with us, always. We have a few special mentions; Steffano, you made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like we were catching up with a friend every time we saw you. Whilst dining we were looked after by Veronica, who was beyond welcoming and gave us fantastic suggestions of where to visit during our stay - we will be staying in touch! At breakfast each morning, Laura and another lady (apologies we didn't catch your name!) were so tentative and wonderfully friendly. Thank you for making each morning the perfect start to the day. Thank you to Serena for a wonderful experience wine tasting on site, we look forward to enjoying a glass of Borgo Vescine's wine by our fire at home. Special thanks to Anna, from the day we arrived you looked after our every need and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the staff at Borgo Vescine are amazing and lovely people and we can't thank you enough for our stay. Best wishes to you all!

Fantastic property and service

“Lovely stay overall but not sure this is the best value for money”

Breakfast spread was lovely - a lot of variety, and nice bright space to sit in. We ate at the onsite bistro one night. Room was clean with a lovely charming setup, and great decor overall. Borgo had beautiful expansive grounds to take a walk in.

The Hotel and overall location is absolutely stunning. Rooms were nice and cute and always super clean. Very special and unique vibe with all the little houses. Pool was also perfect with an outstanding view all over the vineyards. Close by tenutas and city of castellina, radda or siena to visit. We can highly recommend this place.

The staff members, the food, the ambiance, literally everything is perfection here. This is hands down the most beautiful location in Tuscany. We stayed here 3 times already and will definitely be back.

“Enchanted place!”

This property between the mountains with the Tuscany touch is unique! I was impressed with the aromas everywhere in the hotel, inside the room, outside the room. Everything is made with a special touch that why properties like this are outstanding. The manager upgraded us the a suite and gave us a local product as a gift, very kind from them and these details make you to come back again. Loved the views, the charming restaurants, the sounds of birds, the lavender full of butterflies and the pool area. The food at dinner was excellent.
