“Very good for 2 families with kids”
Very good size for 2 families with kids. 2 bathrooms. Good noise isolation between rooms. Big balcony to the sea side. All the needed equipment for the family including clothes washing, drying, dishwashing, etc. machines.

“Huge apartment in the first row by the sea”
Huge apartment - 4 bedrooms and even further with extra bed and sofa bed. Beautifully furnished living room and bedroom. Kitchen already somewhat older but functional. The clothes dryer and separate laundry room were a surprise. The apartment is in the first row by the sea, the terrace is small for the maximum occupancy of the apartment, but absolutely sufficient for a normal family. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the bay. Right in front of the house you can go swimming in the sea.

Great location and great property, clean and usefull. We all have enough space and living room is huge. We love it all.
