“Great staff, great location, good breakfast & comfortable room”
The property has a great location not far from the train station & the old town. The hotel has a nice bar & lobby with a beautiful Christmas tree. The staff were exceptionally nice & gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to do. They also helped with ordering taxis. A perfect experience!

Very fine indeed breakfast, wide selection of foods, fairly decent coffee. Good location - close to the city center. Fine amenities, nothing too fancy, but decent nonetheless.

“Fast and friendly”
Place is very tidy and quote, location a few steps from city main square. I had multiple issues with magnetic key right at check in, Miss Marta at reception desk was so kind and helpful in solving the issue .

I would like to highlight stuff and the hotel management attitude to the situation I was: I was travailing with two seniors, my parents with some disabilities. So my request to have the breakfast in the room as my father is not capable of moving down into the restaurant was completely fulfilled with all the respect to the guests. So, I would like to extend my thanks to all the personnel of the hotel for help! Room was very clean, well heated just ready for our visit, it was quite late time though. Breakfast was perfectly served and tasty.

The location is very convenient to access either the rynek (city centre) or the train station. It's very modern and the hotel offers a huge range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

“Very good place to stay in Raciborz.”
Super close to the city center, not very far form the train station. The hotel and rooms are elegant.
