Chrysa the host was lovely and very accommodating. She welcomed us in and gave advice on where to eat or do our grocery shopping for breakfast etc. The room was comfortable and kept clean during our stay. We'd recommend this place 100%. Location was excellent as it was a close distance to wherever you wish to go.

Spacious room with balcony (sea view indeed but OK it's pretty far away) and very good layout, excellent furniture, kitchen (with proper fridge) and equipment, one of the best WC I have seen outside of 5-star hotels, parking. Very close to Raches and the major attractions of Ikaria.

The property was perfectly designed and the quality of things was also at a high level, we can definitely say that the property is one of the best we have stayed in and we travel a lot. The hostess was great, helped and answered all the questions and we learned a lot about the island from her. We did not want to leave and we wholeheartedly recommend the property. “Perfect, relaxing stay”

The location is perfect, it is away form the main tourism spots but still close to everything (Raches, Armenistis, ...). If you are looking for something quiet but not too far off, this is the place to be. The appartement had everything we needed, a balcony, a perch, and a kitchen (although we did not cook any warm meals because the restaurants nearby were simply too good). Chrysa is the perfect host, she is very welcoming and likable. She gave us lots of good tips on what to do or where to eat. We could always ask her if we had any questions.

Spacious, sparkling clean and very convently located next to some amazing restaurants and hiking trails. The owner is very accomodating and helpful.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. This is a family owned place - Chrysa was very welcoming, friendly and responsive when contacted. She also knows the island extremely well as she lives here and therefore makes great suggestions on places to visit. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the local little village which has two restaurants (must try had some great food) a bakery and a cafe. You need a car to get around however this would be likely to completely enjoy the island. We were able to stay in 2 rooms as we had extended our stay. Both were spacious enough, clean, quiet at night, and had a kitchen with some utensils to cook if you wish. If you want to hike, there’s some great trails nearby with one that goes to Nas. I highly recommend this place and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you can find out when a panagiria is on, go and dance with the locals.
