“Excellent hotel”
I would like to point out that the hotel staff are very polite and cooperative, especially Mr. Amjad Al-Sharbiny at the reception and the general chef at the restaurant. The hotel location is beautiful.

“Good when coming for work”
Room very spacious and comfortable. Good location close to restaurants and take way. Staff was helpful in arranging a room for a meeting and with laundry.

Pleasant reception and courteous staff. English speaking receptionist. Caring attitude from staff. The bed was soooo comfortable that I looked up the brand. Quiet environment. Good range of choices for breakfast, even on a diet. Reception always picked up the phone and were very keen to satisfy a customer. I loved my stay, won't bother looking elsewhere next time in Rabigh.

“horrible will never stay there again”
Kettle provided but no cups, coffee, tea, etc. No hangers for clothes. No hooks in the bathroom for towels and not possible to switch on the AC, the room was stiffling
