I had a confirmed reservation made 20 days in advance through Booking.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel on the check-in date, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. No prior notice was given at any point during the 20 days before arrival, and no proper assistance was provided on site. This indicates poor reservation management and failure to honor a confirmed booking. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience and unexpected additional costs. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this propert

“Exceptional stay my absolute go-to in Rabat”
My third stay at Smart Hotels Agdal Rabat and it keeps getting better every time! The location is perfect literally a few steps from the train station and mall.The staff are exceptional. Yasmine and Asma at reception are always warm, professional, and super helpful with everything I needed. Ashraf in the restaurant is outstanding incredibly friendly with genuine 5-star service (sorry if i forgot the other names).
