Especially appreciated the genuine no fuss hospitalityof our host, including helping out with a minor health problem. We were welcome in his home.

Dr. Said was a very kind and welcoming person. He welcomed us and offered us a Moroccan tea.

The staff was super friendly and always tried to help as much as he could. The location in the old city is great and full of charm. The rooftop view was absolutely awesome, and the decoration with antique objects made the riad feel like a small museum.

Host was really kind and helpful. Place is very nice and roof terrace is astonishing. Door doesn't actually close with key or lock from the outside, but we absolutely didn't perceive that as a problem.

It is a moroccan home, filled with so much detail and beauty, that is has its own soul. The beds are comfortable. The roof terrace has an amazing view. The location inside the Medina adds to the atmosphere. Said is a kind host. We had an authentic experience that we will cherish for a long time.

The host (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was kind and helpful. He was waiting us with fresh mentha tea and stayed at our disposal as he lived in the same house. He didnt bother us at all. The apartman is close to the Ocean and the medina (market) either.

“Beautiful house in a wonderful city.”

Dar Raid is a beautiful property in the heart of the old town of Rabat. The house is stunning and full of beautiful pictures and old furniture- it is very special and there is a lovely terrace looking over the town. The location is brilliant- right in the centre so you can walk to the market and through the old town but it is also close to the edge of the old town and the Kasbah is within easy reach with the wonderful views down onto the river and the beach as well as over to Sale. There are some great coffee bars close by. The host was kind enough to take us to a very good place to eat Rfissa and we ate there a few times. We would have liked a double bed but the beds turned out to be really comfortable and the room quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is separate but right beside the room we were in and very clean. You are very much in someone's home and there are a lot of stairs which we are fine with but worth knowing if they are an issue for you! This place is incredible value for money and gives you a very special experience of Rabat. We would also recommend Moroccan Food Tours- we did a fantastic cooking class with them https://moroccanfoodtour.com/ as well as trying out the Marassa Hammam. We totally loved our stay in Rabat.

Our stay was great- the house is beautiful with a nice terrace. The room was very nice, clean and calm. Said was a great host, very helpful and accommodating and very hospitable. We had a great time in Rabat and at Saids place. Would definitely recommend for a familiar and welcoming stay.

The people! M. Saïd was very welcoming and kind and made us feel completely at home. He also recommended Green Taxi to us which was perfect because my mom has trouble walking.

The owner is so friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening and he even picked us up. The location is very good: In the medina, but we could park our car very close by (3min walk away) We also could reach everything by foot. The rooftop terasse is very nice, with amazing food. Would really recommend! :)

“Feeling like ah home”

Extraordinary place. Living in a typical morrocan house has an unchangable ambient. Very quite street close to an “eat” street and medina. While staying at this place one can feel like an inhabitant instead of a tourist. 15 mnts to the ocean, 10 mnts to the fortress, 5 minutes to crowdy shoping streets. Also the train station reachable by walking. Thank you Mr. Said for your hospitality!

The host was friendly. The location was also great with a nice terrace. The AC was working fine and we had no issues with anything. Hard to complain.
