The flat is well equipped, silent and cozy.

The location can't be better. It's very close to the station, where you can take the train to Marrakech or other places. It's very clean and spacious and you can find all the kitchen utensils that you need. Netflix didn't work for some time but the hostess helped us and she was available for all kinds of other questions. We didn't know where the apartment was when we arrived at the building, (it's number 4) but you can call them. They live in the apartment in front of this one, so that's very convenient. I would surely recommend to book this apartment instead of an expensive hotel.

“Perfect”

The location of the house was fantastic, very safe, with many cafes and restaurants within 1-2 minutes. I was even able to easily use it for coffee breaks when I needed to go to my conference at Le Musee Hotel for work and then come back to my family. Even when I needed to return home at night, I never felt unsafe, even as a woman alone outside. Rabat is a wonderful city, and the house welcomed us beautifully, meeting all our needs with both traditional elements and renovated features. We were able to communicate seamlessly and very quickly with our host, too. Internet is fully strongly working as well.

We liked everything about this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We were very lucky to find parking right on the street in front of the building. ​Rabat is a beautiful city and definitely deserves a stopover. We highly recommend both this apartment and the city to anyone visiting Morocco! ​We explored the city on foot, did not move the car.

On my travels, almost never have I encountered accommodation that excells in almost every aspect as this apartment does. It is located a three-minute walk from Rabat-ville station, and other major sights of Rabat are easily accessible by foot or tramway. Located in a beautiful white streamline-moderne neighbourhood, with a decent windowed balcony, you'll wish to sit and admire wonderful modern architecture of Rabat and relax for hours on end. Also, the apartment is extremely clean and tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need and more. The owners are kind and approachable and will help with anything should the need arise. 14/10 would recommend.

Good location, walking distance from most major attractions, local mini market, and restaurants and cafes, and 5m from Rabat Ville train station. Apartment was clean. Wifi was good.

The apartment is excellent, with a maximum capacity of four people. The location is great, adjacent to the train station, and the street is lined with fine restaurants and cafes. The apartment is spotless, fully equipped, and safe, and the owner, Mrs. Mounia, is very generous and kind. She treated us like close friends, offering sweets, couscous, and tea. There are no negatives worth mentioning actually. In short, the apartment is much better than any hotel, and I hope to return on my next visit.
