Ideal location, five minutes' walk to the central bus stop. The hotel is within walking distance of all the old town's attractions and yet in a quiet and cozy place. For those who want to feel the atmosphere of an old medieval house, this is the perfect place. The host is very attentive and hospitable.

Delightful stay. Warm welcome by host. Ultra clean and quiet hotel with good air conditioning, dehumidifier and good shower. Nice views from the rooftop. Enjoyed many walks around Mdina and Rabat before and after the large crowds of day visitors - atmospheric with floodlit quiet streets after dark. Easy taxi journey to the airport - sad to leave!

Beautiful place, tucked away in a back street, so very quiet. Very kind and welcoming host. Quite a spacious room and very comfortable beds. Easy to find on street parking.

When you are looking for a stay in the area, this is place where we recommend to stay! ‘The Hidden Gem’ is a family run accommodation. It has perfect location, beautiful premises with rooftop terraces with a view to Mdina, clean nice room with limestone walls and least but not last - thanks to very nice and welcoming hosts Patrick and his wife.

“Never again”
Says pet friendly on the booking app we had a service dog which by law is allowed to stay in any accommodation by law and he has very rude to us and would not let us stay after we had payed I had to get it back with phoning booking.com and complaining they gave money back as he is in the wrong

Location perfect, close to bus stops and easy walk to everything (Mdina, catacombs, etc). Lovely building inside. Spacious room. Quiet. Friendly hosts. There is a direct bus to the airport from nearby, and buses to Valletta and elsewhere..
