Clean, spacious apartment on third floor with a lift. Host friendly and easy to communicate with. Two bathrooms which was great for family of 6. Close to centre of Rabat, 10 min walk to Medina.

The owner was available to answer questions, and she let us check in one hour before upon request. She shared tips about Rabat, some events going on that weekend, and sightseeing in Malta. We were at the property during the summer so the nearby school was still closed for the summer vacations. The property was quite and easy to find. Walking distance to Rabat's center and we managed to park in the streets nearby.

Beautifully decorated, modern and comfortable appartment with lift. Immaculately presented. Three large and spacious bedrooms with copious amounts of storage. Large bathroom and en-suite, which again were both modern and spotless. Very well equipped kitchen with some unexpected extras like teabags, herbs and spices - shame we didnt eat in more! Washing machine, which was a god send, in its own little laundry room, which also house ironing board, brush, cleaning products, etc - which I personally loved! Handy information pack with instructions for rubbish collection days, etc. Three very handy convenience stores right within metres of the appartment and a fresh bakery 2 minutes walk away. Owners are lovely and very responsive if we had any questions. If you are looking for a traditional village location and a home from home feel - this is your place. You won't be disappointed!! We have just returned from a great stay at Falcon Court. Clean, tidy and comfortable. I have stayed in numerous properties in Malta over the years and this ranks as one of the top places I have stayed in. Rabat is a great area to stay and this apartment is central to the town and a great place to explore the island. The area was extremely quiet but do remember there is a school at the back. It was holidays so we had no noise. If you are wanting tranquility then this place isn't for you. That said we are early risers so it certainly wouldn't put us off returning here. The balcony here is perfect. It's part enclosed so is great to sit out in in all weathers.

Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location to enjoy Rabat and the madina We had a lovely welcome from Donna. Our visit coincided with the feast of St Joseph which was an unexpected bonus. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others

The apartment was in a great location and we had everything we needed. Nice restaurants nearby, a few stores, bakery, butcher… You can reach everything in Rabat and Mdina by foot in no more than 10-15 minutes. The apartment had heating/ AC and was very spacious and Donna was a great host with lots of tips and quick to respond to questions we had. We would recommend the apartment.

Lovely location in the beautiful city of Rabat. The appartment has been very comfortable and fully equipped. The owner is very kind amd super helpful. Easy shopping around the premises. Two food stores on the street, a pharmacy amd bakery close by. Air conditioning in every room, which was much needed as it was super hot during the whole week. There is even a small lift, so taking your luggage to the 3rd floor is easy this way. There had been some power outages the night before we left. Eventough it has been hot it was fun to see the city so slowed down and peaceful.

The appartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, also very good located. The terrace is quite large as well. Ir-Rabat and close to it Mdina really have the spirit and are a good location for trips all around the island. The host was nice and helpful. All the necesarry groceries can be bought in the distance of 80m from the appartment (grocery store, bakery, butcher, fast food window, fruit and vegetable shop).
