Overview
This small, charming hotel is located in a protected part of the hill overlooking the bay of Rabac, offering beautiful panoramic views over the Kvarner bay and the islands of Cres, Lošinj and Unije. With its combination of modern interior design and creative cuisine, Villa Annette is one of the best boutique hotels in Istria. All suites offer air conditioning and free internet access. The excellent slow food restaurant offers creative dishes based on Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine. Special Mediterranean menus for vegetarians and children are available. Barbecued dishes are offered during the summer season. Open all year, Hotel Villa Annette has a wonderful outdoor swimming pool with hot tub and terrace, where romantic dinners can be served. Guests can book on-site presentations and tastings of the homemade Villa Annette Selection olive oil.

“Grate hotel with nice view”
The breakfast is grate. The staff was very helpful and made according to own request the eggs. In general the staff is very kind and open. The room was cleaned daily. The temperature controll was easy with the curtains and air-conditioning. The view from the room to the bay was perfect.

“A dream location, everything was perfect!”
Everything was outstanding — from the villa’s location, on a beautiful hill with a sea view, to the warm welcome we received (Helen is exceptionally kind, a rare find), the cleanliness of the room, the very spacious room with a huge balcony, equipped with everything you might need, hight speed internet, and the DELICIOUS breakfast (which we enjoyed in the villa’s garden). It was a great way to start the day! ❤️For us, it was a dream location, and we truly wish to return.

Excellent breakfast, amazing views, sufficient parking space. Beautiful spacious suite with an amazing view. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area, very well maintained. Clean. We loved having the mini bar. The staff is very friendly and even gave us tips on parking and restaurants.

“Great accomodation in Rabac”
We stayed in a Comfort Suite with a balcony and sea view on the third floor. The view of the sea and surrounding hills was beautiful. The suite included one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a comfortable pull-out bed, and two bathrooms. The continental breakfast was nice, and we had the option to enjoy it outside on a beautiful terrace. However, it was somewhat inconvenient to move the trays from the inside restaurant to the terrace, especially for the kids. We had some issues with the door, but the hosts were very attentive and fixed it promptly without any inconvenience

Small boutique style hotel in the hills between Rabac and Labin. Amazing panoramic view of coast from rooms, terrace and pool. Nice pool and terrace area. Breakfast was amazing with grilled and marinated vegetables, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable suites with balconies and sea view, very clean. All in all a great stay, thank you!

“Quiet beautiful hotel in a wonderful location”
We liked everything! The family suite is large, clean and comfortable, with a large balcony and an amazing view over the bay. The swimming pool and the delicious breakfast were also great. The staff is friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every minute of our holiday.

The room is large with a big balcony and nice view over the bay. Breakfast is a delicious buffet, where you can also choose for fried eggs. Ivana is the perfect host! She is always there for you and gives very good tips on restaurants and places to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend it!

great staff, great pool, great suite, the view is really nice. you need 5min with car or 25 min walking (steep slope to get there) to find a spot to swim. The sea was clean.
