“Very nice and cheap hotel for Qyzylorda”
I liked staying in this hotel. I had a spacious room with a balcony. The room was clean. Decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly, especially Liana.

“Very Good”
Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and has 24 hour reception. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Area is very quiet and gives you the opportunity to see the local area. Check time is great.

“Great place to stay!”
Once again my stay at the Grand was great - the front desk lady was very friendly, the shower was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and once the room had cooled down, I slept like a log. Breakfast was more than sufficient.
