Spacious room, common area and clean enough. It was nice to have garden view from the room. I had a comfortable stay. In a quiet location, I didn’t mind the walk to the main road.

“The best cheap accomodation I can imagine in Tashkent”
I stayed in this property already in 2023, so I knew what to expect. The host is simply fantastic. A very friendly and caring lady, she allowed me to enter the room long before the official check-in time, I could leave my luggage there for 2 days. The breakfast she prepares is delicious and variable. She even offerred me a free dinner on both evenings I stayed there. She gave me free water., asked me many times if I need any help and if everything is OK. It is visible how much she cares about the satisfaction of her guests. The room had 3 beds and was big enough, the bathroom was simple but functioning. Wi-fi was working perfectly. It is a quiet area little aside from the main road and a little far from the city center, but there are several buses on the main road (5 minutes walk) and 2 metro stations within 25-30 minutes of walk. The family atmosphere of this guesthouse is simply great and I will gladly return back when I visit Tashkent again. And the best of all is that it is very cheap.

Amazing hospitality experience with the family. The location is in a quiet zone, 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. They offered very good food and breakfast. They were there to help all the time. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely come back in summer.

Extremely nice staff, location easy to get to from the airport via bus (check yandex), although not in the center of the city. Perfect check-in and check-out experience. Room has everything you will need. Super safe area. Overall, probably one the best experiences that I ever had.

“Great atmosphere in a family guesthouse, thank you so much!”
This is my third review of this property, so I can only repeat the same things: Absolutely great family atmosphere by the host family. Ready to respond to any wish (exchanged breakfast for dinner for me). Invited for a breakfast together. Check-in and check-out anytime, no strict time rules. Very quiet except for a rooster crowing very early each morning :-( They have a small shop at the house to buy some drinks or snacks, they even gave me some small refreshment for free. Absolutely friendly people. Traditional decorations, carpets, not too big but comfortable beds. I had my own bathroom despite not being offerred in the reservation. Recommend and would come back anytime.

“Great family guesthouse in a little forgotten side street”
If you are looking for an atmosphere like at home and experience the hospitality of local people, I highly recommend this small guesthouse. No luxury, but extremely warm welcome from the host, offerring free food, making every wish come true. Instead of too early breakfast she agreed on providing me a dinner. I had the tripple room for myself, including a small bathroom (although the reservation was for a shared bathroom). Very quiet side street with the only exception (see below). Allowing me to stay in the room as long as I wanted, no strict check-in and check-out times. Invited me to have a food with the family. Less than 10 minutes walk to the bus stop (but to the nearest metro station it is 30 minutes walk).

“Little hidden gem in Tashkent”
I rarely give 10 points, but in this case I would give 15 if it would be possible :-) The hosts are simply incredible, I felt like with a family. They offerred me a lot of traditional Uzbek food for free, agreed to prepare me a dinner instead of breakfast as I left always very early. Really warm family atmosphere, traditional rooms with nice carpets. Wi-fi strong and working. They gave me a room already in the morning as I surprised them with early arrival, offerred me to eat with them. Maybe the house is not in the most central area and you have to walk 30 minutes to the nearast metro station, but buses are much closer and the ambience of the place is simply unbeatable. And for a fantastic price. If I come again, this will be my first choice. Thank you very much for a very memorable stay!
