The place is quiet, clean, easily accessible by city bus, rooms have a south-facing balcony, aircon, and hot water. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, we had several very interesting conversations.

Very nice location in Qusar, river and small forest next to it, welcoming owner of place, Etibar, special thanks to him with helping and staying in touch all the time with us. Totally recommend to ones who want find good and cosy place for a affordable price!

“Excellent value for money for a short stay.”
Good location on the main road and easy to find. No traffic noise as it's set back in a pretty, walled garden. We arrived late but Mahmoud was there to meet us as planned. The room was spacious and clean and possibly over-furnished. It's a little dated but not a major problem for a short stay. Free parking at the property front. The room was quiet but there were no other guests there (late April). Nice rear balcony with seating. It's excellent value for money as we were only passing through on the way to Xinaliq.
