We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. As someone who has worked in hospitality before, I really appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of the front office team. Although this is a local hotel, I can confidently say that the service quality was on the same level as global hotel brands.They considered our early check-in request and got back to us, which was very kind. The food was also very tasty, we really enjoyed it. Most importantly, the staff’s overall attitude and care made us feel very comfortable Overall, it was a great experience

Good breakfast (alas, only one type of bread, will be great to have more), lots of eggs and some pancakes. Good clean room, freshly renovated, location easy to find, and about 25 minutes from the skiing, so good to get with the car. There is parking, and there is a restaurant insside the hotel, for lovers of hookah and drinks (not us). There is a sauna available through the booking, we used it and were satisfied.

“Best stay in Qusar”

This is one of the best places we've stayed. It's a 30 min drive from Shahdag and conveniently located. The in house restaurant serves great food and we loved the complementary tea and pie when we arrived from Baku. They serve good breakfast too. The kids club is amazing and really helped out toddler have a good time when it was too cold to go outside. My husband tried the spa and he was happy with the facility. Although make sure to book your slot in advance. The staff is helpful and housekeeping is also good. Overall I'd definitely recommend it.

So comfortable and clean. Staff were so accommodating, the food at the restaurant was fabulous, gym was phenomenal. Enjoyed a game of pool, the billiards balls were a bit big? Which was strange. Had an amazing day up at Shadag. A wonderful stay, thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ilk Inn Hotel. One of the highlights for me was the shisha — it is rare to find a place in the region that serves such high-quality shisha, and it was genuinely impressive. The service was excellent; all the staff were very humble, friendly, and attentive. I was kindly offered a room upgrade and room service with a fruit plate, which made me feel truly welcomed. I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, especially the private saunas that you can book and use exclusively. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and felt both comfortable and special.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would especially like to thank the manager, Sabina, for her excellent and professional service. The only thing we didn’t like was the balcony — it was very small and not suitable for sitting outside, and the foggy weather made it difficult to enjoy the view. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves delicious food; it’s stylish, comfortable, and so pleasant that you’d want to stay there for a long time

Rooms were very spacious, they provided us with complimentary extra bed for my daughter.The breakfast was exceptional lot of varieties overall a very good experience

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were wonderful, attentive, and very polite. The grounds are clean, well-kept, with a cozy garden — you can immediately feel the care for the guests. A big plus is the parking and charging stations for electric cars. The hotel has everything for relaxation: a sauna, billiards, and a kids’ room. Breakfast deserves special praise — delicious coffee and excellent à la carte dishes. Thank you for the warm welcome, we’ll be happy to come back again! 🌿☕

Staff were friendly especially Sabina who gave us all the information of the area and put us in contact with a driver to take us wherever we wanted to go. Hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
