Location in historic Quito was excellent with the best views of Quito! Spectacular!

Staff was 10/10, extremely helpful and kind!! view was incredible as expected, balcony was surprisingly chillable and super cute, above expectations. The dogs at the property are also adorable.

What is not to like?! Both Christina and Paolina are super nice people, we truly felt like at home away from home so much so we stayed here twice during our stay in Quito. The location is nice and central enough (although trust me and get a taxi here it's a lot of stairs otherwise haha!) and the view is just unbelievable- you get to see whole Quito town. Kitchen is basic but well equipped and has everything anyone could want. We loved the decor and the small touches, would definitely return here when we are in Quito.

Nice place! Colourful and comfortable! Great roof top terrace for relaxing, seeing the views of Quito & yoga space! Quiet! Good location- easy to get to but doesn’t feel like in a busy city

“Great place to stay, locals not so friendly to gringos.”

Wonderful host, helped with everything from dining suggestions to coca tea for altitude sickness. Arranged for a cab. The rooftop terrace was very nice and the $5.00 breakfasts were very nice (juice, coffee, tea, toast, eggs and fruit).

“Una maravilla”

We had an amazing stay at this place : the room is well finished (more than necessary), the mattress is super comfy and it is all well-decorated. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Furthermore, la dueña is such a sweetheart, really helpful and she gave us numerous tips during our stay. For the price, it is a real gem !

Views are more than worth the 200+ steps. Close to the historical center. Staff were wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was massive and comfortable.

A charming place, absolutely cared for with a gallery on its walls that is very well decorated, equipped with everything you need to prepare your food, comfortable beds and a very spacious bathroom. very close to the old town where we can find all kinds of restaurants, museums, shops but at the same time away from the noise, snock and traffic of the city and the most incredible thing we could look at and listen to the singing of the beautiful birds that live there, we could relax and gain strength to continue on our way. I recommend it!!

beautiful cozy luxury in the heart of Quito, with a beautiful garden and a terrace where you have an incredible view of the entire city, where you can even appreciate the entire path of the volcanoes,the hosts were very attentive and organized a trip to the cotopaxi volcano highly recommended.
