Such an excellent place! Lovely staff, excellent location, beautiful architecture (even if parts of the building were a bit dated - it's only adding a lot of authenticity and charm). I stayed one night before and one night after my trip to Galapagos, and I was able to store luggage I didn't need for the islands. I think on my second night I was the only guest at the hotel - it's a shame that such a unique place doesn't get more visitors. I had a fantastic experience!

This was an exemplary hotel stay. Great room, great location, very good food (including ample & varied breakfast), and most importantly exceptional staff - really may the difference. Can’t recommend the place highly enough.

It is a 'real' boutique hotel. Beautiful colonial house re-purposed into high quality and elegant hotel accommodation. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a delight. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was unique and historical. It’s over 100 years old and has been lovingly restored. It has stunning views of the cathedral and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, particularly Freddie and a lady called Marriell (not sure how to spell her name)

I truly appreciated the helpful, professional, and courteous staff for their kindness, flexibility, and patience with me, as well as the breakfast options and laundry service. It was also convenient that dinner was available in the hotel. I also liked the lovely and secure building, the comfortable bed, and the silence in my room (it was at the back of the building, at the end of the corridor next to the backyard terrace). The hotel has an excellent central location to visit the historic old town.

Loved our too short stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff were amazing- very warm and welcoming. There were lots of well thought out elements like the vanity box on the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. And a fabulous roof top terrace to chill -( covered in case of rain showers) with a lovely view of the Basilica / Templar. Highly recommend.

“A wonderful way to stay in Quito !”

This small beautiful boutique hotel is an excellent option close to the historic center of Quito. Everybody was extremely friendly, professional and service oriented . I arrived very late at night from Bogota , and had via WhatsApp good communication about my late arrival , which was no problem . The hotel is a short walk from the historic center, but at night you may wanna take a taxi back to the hotel for 2 $. Breakfast was amazing , with excellent choices every day ! My room was small, but very nicely decorated, and cleaning service excellent . The breakfast room was also very nicely furnished , with a view to the garden . If needed , the hosts would assist you choosing your excursions. All over. great place and great experience, thank you so much! When coming back to Quito, I will definitely staying there again !
