“Great place to stay when exploring the beautiful city of Quito”

Stayed here on two separate occasions in January 2026 and wouldn’t choose anywhere else! I arrived to Ecuador a bit blind but was given fantastic and detailed advice by Sandra when I first checked in about where to eat, what sights to see, how to get there, etc. The beds are comfortable, you can ask for extra blankets if you need them and the showers always give you hot water. There’s filtered water in the kitchen and the kitchen itself is one of the best I’ve had on my travels. Good quality and affordable laundry service and great internet for, in my case, streaming football matches. The breakfast is also plentiful and tasty. And to top it off, Sandra has a wicked sense of humour and is great to get along with during your stay. All the best for now and look forward to staying with you again in the future!

“Nice chilled hostel.”

Comfy beds, most comfortable bed I've had in Quito. Decent sized lockers you can get your rucksack in. Noce big dorms so not tripping over each other. 3rd stay here, nice quiet chilled Hostel, kitchen if you want to prep food. Short walk out of main old Quito with plenty fo restaurants nearby. Roof top deck if you fancy a drink under the stars and far enough from the party hostels your not disturbed by their loud music past 23:00.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, really comfy beds and clean rooms. Few minutes walk from Old Quito and in an area I felt safe walking around. (Though like anywhere in a big city you have to be aware) and a kitchen and rooftop terrace to enjoy. Friendly owner who helped me get sorted.

Truly amazing hostel, everything was clean, very comfortable beds, hot water in the showers and excellent breakfast. The owner is very nice and friendly, if I'll be staying in Quito in the future, I'll definitely come back.

Thank you very much Sandra for your service. I arrived early morning of my arrival day and she gladly let me enter and nap for a while in the TV room before I was able to check-in to my room at around 9am in the morning already. You have a great breakfast included and the kitchen is equipped very well if you want to prepare lunch or dinner yourself. The 4 persons dorm is offering heaps of space, the bed was super comfortable and big lockers under the bed.

It is a great hostel with the most amazing host and I can 100% recomment staying here! Very clean and cozy, the location is really good and the breakfast was a highlight.

Clean, great kitchen comfortable beds, Sandra will help you with whatever you need. Good included breakfast. TIA Marcado, Metro stop, Bus stops, 2 mins. Old City 10 min walk.

The hostel is clean with calm atmosphere. It is located in a safe neighborhood. Sandra is helpful and provided necessary information to the neighborhood & traffic. The breakfast is nutritious and delicious! P.s. recommend "Zular coffee", 5 minutes walk from hostel.

“Perfect stay in Quito centre”

Hostel Revolution was a perfect stay for Quito. Sandra is super friendly, has great tips for everything and is fun to talk with! The hostel is cosy decorated and spacious. The roof terrace has an amazing view and is great for relaxing, drinking a beer, reading etc. We had a private room, neatly and clean with good beds and good pillows(thats a first!). Showers were consistantly warm and clean. Towels included. Breakfast was delicious! The kitchen is spacious and perfect if you wanna cook your own. The location is great, cafés with good coffee super close, also lots of restaurants. Super nice to go to eat (or party on fri/sat): Sereno Moreno. The area felt safe for us. The historic centre with it's highlights in walking distance. During the night it was quiet, so we had a good nights rest.

Great Hostel, really excellent breakfast, fruit. Natural yogurt,juice,eggs, croissant and as much coffee as you want. Sandra who owns it is really nice & helpful and even surprised me with a homemade cake for my birthday! A lovely surprise. Sandra from Croatia/UK/Canada is multiligual and that's another bonus!

The owner is super friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there while going to the Galapagos. The kitchen is clean and well equipped and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are cute.
