A truly spectacular loft! Lovely accommodation, very comfortable bed, loads of clothes storage and very well equipped. The location is fantastic with a great selection of very good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walking distance of La Carolina park and also the La Carolina metro station with a great service into the historic centre of Quito. Wonderful.

“Ideal location”
Access was very easy. The security guard checked our passports then gave us the keys. The places was spotless and location was ideal. It had all of the basics needed for cooking and coffee. It is a short walk to one of the best Italian restaurants in Quito...Romolo e Remo.

“Excellent Location”
Location was really nice, we were comparing between Mariscal Area and this area, but it it definitely better the location we chose as we are family: comfortable, safe, many restaurantes around there. The kitchen was well-equipped with coffee, several teas, salt, sugar, oil and some basic spices.

“Clean, modern and enjoyable stay”
The property was modern, clean and spacious. There was security / front desk who were able to help organise trips for us. The owner had gone above and beyond with little details, we arrived late at night from the airport and they arranged a transfer there were also small snacks and drinks waiting for us which was a life saver. Value for money is great, would definitely recommend staying here. I stayed as one adult with three young children. The WiFi was great and I was able to have zoom meetings without any issues. The area was safe and we were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a park. Owner also responded quickly to messages.
