“Amazing stay”

Let me start by saying that we had an amazing stay here. We highly recommend it!!! The airport pickup and drop-off were arranged by the wonderful Lenin. Traveling with him was very comfortable and pleasant, and he made us feel welcome from the very beginning. When we arrived at the hotel, it exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully bright. The shared spaces and the hotel courtyard were also beautifully lit and tastefully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering plenty of options every morning. The location was perfect—right in the center, just a few minutes’ walk from everything, about a 10-minute drive from the cable car, and the area felt very safe to walk around. Above all, the highlight of our stay was the incredible staff (!!). Everyone was friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made us feel completely at home. This is a family-run business, and you can truly feel it in the warm atmosphere—while still being highly professional. We enjoyed our stay beyond all expectations and sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

A very friendly welcome from Anabela to this family run Casa. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff could not do enough to help. The availability of the kitchenette was appreciated. A real find and definitely one to recommend.

Staying at casa Anabela felt like a warm bath. Every member of the staff was so friendly to us and really made this place feel like home for the days we were there. This place is right in the heart of the old down. You can walk in 5-10min to Basilica and independence square. The bed was really good and despite our jetlags, we slept very well. Breakfast and the airport shuttle were excellent as well! Do not hesitate when, I do not think there is a better place to stay in Quito!

“Fabulous historic hotel with a modern twist.”

Everything. Run by a lovely young family. The house is similar to a Riad. An old historic building recently renovated, so its a modern design and very clean. Lovely staff and the owners go out of their way to help you. Lenin drove us to Otavalo market, picked us up from the airport. Really really good value for money. Breakfast delicious. Property very safe as Quito can be a bit edgy at times. We had the room on the top floor- huge, with bath and shower and second bed.

The sisters Maria and Anabela were amazing hosts and made our stay in Quito relaxed and enjoyable. They arranged our taxi from the airport and greeted us with a warm welcome. Both were really helpful, friendly and generous in their hospitality. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the Basilica and the Plaza Grande and the whole experience made us feel extra special. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Anabela when in Quito.

Everything - absolutely delightful staff with strong welcoming nature and very helpful. The room was first class with comfortable bed, unique and stunning bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Location near the Grand Plaza and lots of restaurants.

Centrally located for the Historical Centre. Spotlessly clean. María and Marie are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is so good!! Lenin is a great driver, tour guide and Casa Anabela comes highly recommended.

The breakfast was very tasty, with ample food and excellent coffee. We had an upper room, and it's very spacious with a seating area and roomy bathroom. The staff are very accommodating and friendly!

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of the historical district. It is a beautiful traditional building that has been modernised. It is very clean and modern. Good breakfast of fruit, eggs and fresh local bread. The staff were very helpful and organised I driver to take us to and from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.
