“Great apartment!”

Joss was awesome to communicate with, gave us a little tourist guide. Offers a driver for rides to and from the airport. Apartment is well priced, right outside the heart of the historic center. Its spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to people coming to Quito. There are a few stairs but they are not full flights so still extremely manageable to get up

“Lovely apartment in the old town with exceptional host”

The property is very comfortable & roomy & is in a great location in the old town-close to many of the main attractions. The property is well appointed & has everything you could need. Our host Marisol really made our stay- she was very welcoming & went out of her way to assist us to organise a number of things.

Apartmento 32 was fantastic! The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, however the highlight was our host Marisol. Marisol was in communication with me prior to leaving my country for Ecuador, she organised Carlos (who was also an amazing and helpful tai driver) to pick us up from the airport and drop us off several times during our stay and also organised other local tours. She was very friendly and appreciative of our stay. My mother needed some help carrying suitcases up and downstairs, Marisol took it upon herself to come over at check out time to assist my mother too. I would highly recommend staying here!

Marisol was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was huge. Our visit to Quito was great with no issues of security or anti-social behaviour.

Marisol was an exceptional host, quick and easy to communicate with and extremely helpful when one of us left their phone in the taxi. The apartment was well equipped and the laundry well appreciated after travelling. We felt very much at home. Carlos the taxi driver that Marisol organised to meet us at the airport was also wonderfully helpful and accommodating. We used his service several times during our stay.

The host was lovely, ensuring that we were comfortable. The accommodation was very clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. It is situated in a secure complex. It was also much brighter than it looked in the photos. The location was great and an easy walk into the centre of the historic centre. It was also close to restaurants and a few nightclubs. I would definitely recommend this apartment..

The lady who owns the appartment is very friendly and helpfull. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, with everything that you could want to feel like home. We could also find usefull informations for tourists availible in the living room. The appartment is very close to La Ronda where you can find many restaurants. I truly recommend!

“Lovely host family and location”

Our host family were fantastic. The location of the apartment was very easy to walk to a lot of accessible historic sites, small market and shopping. Never had any trouble getting an Uber if needed to go further places. Quito is a wonderful place to stay for longer vacation.

the appartment was big with all the appliances you may need, microwave , washing machine . the host was friedly communicating with us every day.the ap was secure and the parking .it is very close to the old city and all quito highligts

It perfectly set in the old town and easy walking to many plazas and restaurants, the property itself is such good value. Everything you need is there and this was our second stay, we also will stay again on return to Quito in March.
