“Convenient”
We visited for the Noche de las velitas and we wanted a place close to the city center were the lights take place, that allow us to walk back and forth as we were traviling a person with limited mobility. La Terraza was perfect as it is close enough to the center for visiting but far enough to avoid the late night music. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you are visiting for the same event, make parking arrangements way in advance, arrive early and don't leave town as the town collapses during the festivities and it's impossible to get in/out in the late afternoon and night. We travel to a nearby town for late lunch, and it took us three hours to get back in town... we ended up arriving at 10pm and we pretty much missed the second day of the fest.
