I loved my stay at the hotel , the staff was super friendly, I felt at home. They accommodated all my requests. It was low season so I was all on my own to enjoy the facilities. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet stay with great food.

Amazing typical breakfast! the best thing of the stay. They have amazing staff which is really kind and help you with any question or how to get somewhere. The hotel is really nice and typical coffee farm

“Beautiful authentic hotel but very poor costumer service”
Beautiful hotel, excellent facilites and amazing views. The location is very convenient to visit Filandia, Quimbaya and Panaca. Loved the jacuzzi!

Breakfast/dinner not good! The hotel is a long way from anywhere! Actually did not like hotel!
