They received us with a warm room and provided extra blankets. The place was desolate when we arrived and it's not well marked. It is a very nice space but seems like they're not keeping up with needed maintenance.

“Hotel just a few minutes walk from the lagoon”
The hotel is just a few minutes walking from the Quilotoa lagoon. The staff were very accommodating and had our room ready with heaters in case it got too cold. Breakfast was nice and the place was clean. Good value for money
