“Terrible”
I liked nothing NOTHING about this property!!! Location was misrepresented as next to the lake but was in fact in town center. We could not not eat the dinner as included because it was inedible and the room was very cold. The wood furnace was not working and they would not add wood. We didn't go to breakfast due to the cold temperature outside and the night before.

“It was not a town someone should choose to stay in. Nothing charming about the town.”
Quilotoa is a beautiful lake to walk around but I would never choose to stay in the town.

“money got stolen from our room”
The hotel was fine, but 300 Dollar got stolen from our room. We were the only guests and our door was locked. we arrived at the end of the day and only left our room to have the dinner at the hotel. It was only us and the staff.. the manager gave us 120 dollar if we wouldn’t go to the police.
