“Perfect short stay in Quillan”
Warm welcome, very nice dinner was available and breakfast was plenty. As often with Chambre d'Hotes, other interesting guests make the stay more memorable.

The host was very welcoming and the stay was super amazing and comfortable with enough space to keep beds far away from each other. The breakfast was included and it was really amazing before we kickstarted our hike in the next day morning. Overall, I would recommend it strongly.

“Lovely property, great location and great value for money.”
The property was a beautiful old converted maison de Ville. The rooms were great with a fab en-suite shower room. Breakfast was fabulous offering cereals, croissants, pain chocolat, bread, cheese, ham and teas and coffee etc. The host was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. We only stayed for one night while travelling south, the room was good, bed comfortable and the shower was particularly good. Breakfast was more than adequate and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was not a problem.

Accommodating staff; good breakfast; meeting other guests We really enjoyed our dinner supplied by the hosts, even though no one else was eating in that evening. We asked for only soup and bread the next evening and the hosts obliged.
