“Good value.”
Good value, very affordable hotel, Ample car park. WIFI was fine. Comfortable bed. Good toilet flush, luxurious toilet paper. Nice shower flow, hot water. The dinner was very good value and very nice. The waitress was vey professional. Garden tables/chair beside the river can provide a nice break. It seems to be a 'familial' hotel atmosphere with regulars coming back.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a very quirky old fashioned feel to it.

“Good value, somewhat quaint, (in a nice way) and welcoming hotel, easy to find.”
Easy to find with spacious parking, the building is more fun than it looks, although the decor is vintage in a slightly dated rather than antique way, but still with some taste and charm, much better than modern faceless off white/grey/beige interiors. The room was slightly shabby but the bed comfortable enough, a balcony overlooked the garden (always good) and while the bath didn't look flashy, it was actually very comfortable with lots of hot water. We stayed out of season, but breakfast was plentiful, croissants were good. We didn't have supper as the popular restaurant only did meat dishes. Our hostess was courteous and welcoming. It was good value for money if you need to spend a night in Quillan.

“memorable!”
the breakfast was stupendous! Never have I tasted better croissantes!! The butter (beurre) was from heaven! The confiture (Jam) from fruit picked by a discerning hand! The coffee amazing! I can't describe the yoghurt ! The evening meal was a revelation! It passed in a blur of olfactory pleasure!
