“Property is fine but overshadowed by disorganised host and ingnoring that there had been issues.”

House wasn’t ready at agreed arrival date and time 17:00-18:00. Took multiple attempts to contact host. After an hour outside in 0 degrees cleaners turned up to clean after previous guests. That took another hour +. After events host did not reply to emails. No apology received.
