“A beautiful retreat”

The accommodation was superb and exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was particularly comfortable. We enjoyed eating out on the terrace with a lovely vue on the pool and the garden. Loved all the birds during the day and the appearance of a fox late at night. We also enjoyed walking into the historic town centre and the port. Not having to use the car for 2 whole days was perfect. We followed Laurette’s recommendation and ate at La crêperie Ahna for lunch. Highly recommend them. Laurette was very friendly and welcoming.

The pool and the large garden plus easy private parking were a big plus bonus.Good location for walking into Dinan,takes approx 25 minutes and is really easy to follow the route provided.Super hosts,had a small problem opening the patio door for entry on day 2 of our visit and Olivier and Laurette were immediately there to resolve the issue,many thanks. Although next to a road the property was really quiet,within 2 mins you could walk to wood's and field's which was relaxing. Really good value for money.

“Perfect stop on our France roadtrip”

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is furnished with style and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Bretania. With safe and big parking. Close to Dinan city center and still in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and come back if we ever return to this part of France.

The host, Laurette, was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, bedding was good, bathroom spacious and lounge comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had some nice little extras. The property is very large and shared with family. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of the day. Easy private access.

Perfect little getaway home. Relaxing and quiet with a very comfy bed, plus it's easy to get to the town centre.

Everything was provided down to a fine detail. The property is extremely well maintained and well presented. The host Laurette was always available but not intrusive. A 20 minute walk into Dinan from Le Clos.

Very quiet, ultra high spec apartment on the edge of town. Super fast WiFi, secure off-road parking, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds , everything exactly as in the description, lots of information about the area, ery helpful when we had questions. Highly recommended.

“Amazing little house very close to the center of Dinan”

The place is beautiful, confortable, clean, quiet, surrounded by a beautiful garden and really close to downtown Dinan (10 mins by walk) and to supermarkets. Laurette is very attentive and thoughtful, always alert if there is something you need and taking care of the little details. If we go back we will definitely repeat. Thanks, Laurette!
