The family members who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful. It's very central located so close to eateries and coffeeshops. The rooms get cleaned everyday. I had a beautiful view on the city from my room.

“Worth every penny, best place to stay in Xela”
This place is absolutely gorgeous, it was the best i’ve stayed at for a long time. Its atmosphere, terrace and staff is amazing. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a big window. It was quiet too, which is quite a big deal considering how close it is to the center. It’s an island of peace. The view from the terrace is really nice. I’m glad I found this hotel and hope that I’ll have the chance to return.

The family owning this hotel are simply loving and nice and super caring about everything! An amazing support with tours to the volcano and everything else - could use the kitchen every now and then and they offered fruits, coffee and water all the time. Room has an amazing sunrise and sunset view and is very nice and cosy. The Terrace is very quiet, with a nice view and nice to relax. Location is good and central.

The location was great. Bed was super uncomfortable, the pillows were suspect and I didn't use them. The staff was super friendly. I liked them a lot. No breakfast...

“Centrally located”
The hotel is very centrally located. All the rooms look into a beautiful and green patio. The room and furniture is a bit old, and definitely need an upgrade.
