“Large apartment with amazing views.”
Large apartment with amazing views of Xela. The location was particularly ideal as we were doing a hike with Quetzaltrekkers and it was near to their office. The staff were very friendly.

Great accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained everything at arrival. The rooms are clean. In Guatemala it's always noisy, but the apartments are a little bit further from the centre, the 5 minutes walking distance to the central park is ideal to have the best of both.

“Great value apartment with wonderful views and location in the historic old city, with friendly host”
Great views from the apt and we enjoyed having a full kitchen for cooking meals for a change. Bathroom had a strange change of level so you could easily make a misstep and hurt yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful with advice and he waited up for us when our bus was late. Overall, a great stay. Not flash but convenient and good value.

“Lovely apartment for a week in Xela”
We loved our 1 week stay here in Casa Xelaju. I think we got a great deal over Easter, but it was great. Own kitchn, bedroom, dining table, bathroom. We had drinking water, a fridge, oven, microwave, stove to cook our meals. 5 to 10 min walk to Parque Central, we even did a few walks from town. Staff were super friendly and helpful, there is also a good visitor guide provided by place. Really enjoyed it.

This apartment had everything we needed, including a living room, full kitchen including coffee maker, bedroom and bathroom. It's cool in the morning in xela. Luckily this apartment has large south facing windows in every room so the sun quickly heats the place up in the mornings. Location is good and It's a 10 minute walk to the central park. Very secure and staff are very helpful. Our room was up 2 flights of circular stairs so we had an excellent view of the city from our porch. Good water pressure and hot water. Would definitely stay there again.

“Top!”
This is a super equipped apartment. We cooked and we found everything in the kitchen. The washing is included in the price. And the best: the people are super friendly and helpful. The price is excellent!
