Friendly helpful receptionist. Location good as we are en route to the south. Car parking excellent and access to restaurants, supermarket and ev charging close by.

Lots of parking, close to a huge retail park so many options for eating and shopping. The hotel is well maintained, staff are friendly and we slept very well.

Firstly, there wasn’t a clear sign with the name of the hotel outside of the building. We booked and paid for two triple rooms and one double room. When we got there, they told us that they have one triple and two double rooms - and that is all they have available. It was 8 of us and we had to share beds for 7. When we asked to at least to get refunded for one of the bedrooms because the double one costed less, they refused. When a representative of Booking.com contacted them, they refused to refund the difference between the triple and double room. The property was very dated and not the cleanest. Apparently they weren’t taking late check ins but after midnight, a few vehicles arrived and made a lot of noise - making it difficult to sleep for us. I would never use this place again.

Used as a stopover for travelling to Skiing. Easy to find, good location. Beds were really comfy. Breakfast was OK

Friendly staff, great location near motorway and shopping, parking right outside - good for a stopover and not expensive. Breakfast was decent but was very busy first thing (we were lucky to get a table that had just finished whilst we were at the buffet). We stayed in a triple room for one night, which met our needs. Room wasn’t big but practical and clean, and beds were quite comfortable.
