The hotel is in a beautiful old house, in the centre of the city, and the rooms are large and have all you need. The staff is friendly and there is basic breakfast provisions to start the day

“We had a great visit for our first time in Queretero! Love the Centro Historico area!”
The location is a perfect location to experience Centro Historica! It takes you back in time! The parks and restaurants were lovely! While we thought breakfast was included with our booking (one of the main reasons we booked there) when we arrived, we were told it was NOT included. Disappointing but we discovered a few little bakeries with great coffee! Otherwise, the staff was more than helpful, location perfect...great place for a visit!

“A real traditional Mexican location”
I deeply loved the style of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms. My room n 205 overlooks the central square and has 3 balconies.

“Okay”
I didn't get a breakfast, when I was making the reservation it said breakfast included, but when I got the confirmation it said breakfast was not intended. Last time I stayed there breakfast was included

I was charged more than what was quoted on Booking.com when i checked into the hotel ($16 more) the hotel said it was a mistake made by booking.com and i should take it up with them!

Bed was huge room without windows but very comfortable and it opens up into main foyer. Excellent location. Mid week stay great value for money.

Very comfortable and spacious room in an excellent location Easy walking distance to the major sites and loads of restaurants and shops WiFi worked very well. The hotel layout probably isn't conducive to providing breakfast, but that wasn't an issue for me as there are many breakfast options nearby

“Clean, large but no natural light / windows”
fantastic location . very large clean room - we had booked the master suite. huge shower. Nice entrance lobby. Cleaned our room and changed towels each day.
